Shipping Policy

I'm about to place an order, How long will it take to get my purchase? 
I ship USPS on all of our orders.  Standard shipping takes 2 to 3 business days from 12 noon PST on the date your order is entered into our system.  Please note that order processing takes place from Monday through Friday. In-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours.

When I received my package the contents or the package was damaged.

If you receive your package and the contents or the package was damaged please call our customer service department at 530-949-6476 and take a picture and email it to within 48 hours after receiving your package and we will assist you in placing a new order at no additional charge.

Orders are shipped Priority Mail International at a flat of fee of $30.  We are not responsible for duty fees.  These will be collected from you (the customer) by the postal service.  

Back orders

Despite my efforts to keep all my amazing products in stock, sometimes creams and serums fly off the shelves.  I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.  If any of your products are back ordered, I will e-mail you with an estimated time of shipping, and let you decide if you want to wait for delivery.  I will make every effort to ship your merchandise as soon as I have it in stock.

Do you ship to countries outside the USA and Canada?
