1 oz serum-containing L-Mandelic acid (11%) and L-Lactic acid (8%) serum that is best used on skin prone to inflamed acne and hyperpigmentation. Mandelic serums are effective for fungal folliculitis, inflamed, and noninflamed acne because of its amazing antibacterial, antifungal, and exfoliating properties. It also helps to lighten dark spots. This level of strength should only be used if under careful guidance by our Acne Clinic and after using 8% Mandelic first. An excellent next step for someone using Mandelic 8% serum. It can be drying, so start slowly.  Start with 8% for normal skin types. Sensitive skin should start with Mandelic 5%.
